Class Descriptions:

Boot Camp - This is a full-body strength and cardio workout.  We will use ropes, weights, machines, tabata, circuits, and so much more in this 1 hour class.  You will burn major calories and have tons of fun.  I promise you will feel great after this one! 

Yogilates - This class is a perfect combo of Yoga and Pilates.  We use vinyasa style yoga and mat style pilates and work hard.  This is a full-body workout that focuses on core strength and developing long, lean muscles.  There is no cardio work in this class, but don't let that fool you - its tough!
