Time for Change!

By now most of you know, that I am transitioning my Boot Camp class to a new location.  The details are below.  I hope that all of you understand that nursing school now has to come first and instead of quitting fitness classes, I decided to just teach and take the business side out of my classes.  

I know some of you still have punch cards with me and probably have questions.  Don't worry, I am planning to hold Yogilates and some Special Events throughout the rest of the summer and fall to allow you to use those punches.  The classes will also be open to drop in on.  So, please continue to follow the Transform Facebook page and the blog for updates!!

Details for this week:  I am teaching T/Th 7:30-8:30 pm Crosstraining and Sa 8:30-9:30 TRX at the Dayton Raiders Building.  
For 2 weeks ONLY you can try ANY of the classes offered for FREE!!  Take advantage of this deal that I worked out for you! 

Also, be sure to purchase your new punch cards during this time because the registration fee will be waived.

Outdoor Boot Camp is Back

Tonight marks the first night of outdoor boot camp for the summer.  We will always meet at Fairbrook Elementary near the playground.  This class incorporates a variety of formats and it is always a good time.

I hope you get a chance to try it out - once you come, you can't stop!

Diet vs Workout




You cannot out work a bad diet!  Consuming calories is easier and happens faster than any workout you can perform.  Fuel your body with nutritious foods in the right quantities and you won't have to play catch up all the time.

At Home Workouts

I know it can be tough to make it to the gym every time you want to.  That is no reason not to workout.  There is plenty of tough stuff you can do at home and still get all the benefits of a full body workout.  Keep this one handy - it's 'fun'!

Working out alone is sometimes a must, but I encourage you to come to Boot Camp or any other class that you love to workout with others.  It is highly motivating to be around others - most people workout harder in a group than they will alone!  So, come see us.
