At Home Workouts

I know it can be tough to make it to the gym every time you want to.  That is no reason not to workout.  There is plenty of tough stuff you can do at home and still get all the benefits of a full body workout.  Keep this one handy - it's 'fun'!

You can follow along with the computer or even plug your computer into the television to have it on the big screen.  Enjoy! 

Working out alone is sometimes a must, but I encourage you to come to Boot Camp or any other class that you love to workout with others.  It is highly motivating to be around others - most people workout harder in a group than they will alone!  So, come see us.
