Conditioning
Running a Race?? Just need to spice it up a little?? TRY THIS:
Run 1 mile at a comfortable pace. Every minute, on the minute perform this set:
10 Push-Ups
10 Squats
10 V-Ups (Double Leg)
That's it - this one is great for conditioning.
